Every building in the park, one standard
A business park puts several buildings under one property manager, with shared walkways, parking and amenities and dozens of tenants inside. When one lobby shines and the next one looks tired, the whole park feels uneven. Rancho Cordova Janitorial cleans the park under one plan and holds every building to the same standard.
Our office cleaning page covers the work inside a single workplace. This page covers the campus around it: the common rooms everyone shares, the amenities that help a park lease up and the porters who move between buildings.
Business parks along Highway 50
Rancho Cordova’s office parks run along the Highway 50 corridor, with more across the line in Gold River, and the Rancho Cordova page covers office cleaning across the city.
Inside them, small professional suites sit next to full-floor offices, and some tenants work late or start early. Each building’s cleaning reflects that mix.
Shared lobbies, corridors and restrooms
Lobbies are cleaned nightly: entry glass, directory boards, elevator cabs, seating and the reception counter. Lobby stone or tile goes on a polishing or scrubbing cycle so it keeps its finish, and carpeted elevator lobbies get extraction when traffic lanes start to show.
Common restrooms on every floor are cleaned, disinfected and restocked to one park-wide standard, so a visitor in the last building finds the same fresh room as one in the first. Corridors, stairwells, mailrooms and elevator landings run on the same rotation.
Tenant suites on separate schedules
Each tenant keeps its own checklist and calendar. An accounting firm might want nightly service, while a regional agency office might prefer three evenings a week with locked rooms left closed. Suite tasks, frequency and access notes are kept per tenant, and billing can be split by suite or combined for the owner.
When a suite turns over between leases, a move-out clean gets it ready, and new build-outs are finished through our post-construction cleaning service.
Fitness rooms, cafés and conference centers
Park amenities draw tenants and keep them. Fitness rooms get equipment wiped, mirrors cleaned and locker rooms and showers scrubbed. Tenant cafés and break lounges get tables, counters, sinks and floors cleaned after the lunch rush. Shared conference centers are reset between bookings, with tables wiped, chairs straightened and the floor vacuumed.
Those rooms are where tenants compare one park to another, so they stay on every visit. Showers and locker rooms get grout and drains scrubbed on a deeper cycle through our restroom deep cleaning service, and café floors join the floor care rotation.
Entries, mats and outdoor break areas
At each entrance, crews clean door glass and sidelites, vacuum or shake walk-off mats and empty and wipe the receptacles by the door. Smoking areas and outdoor break patios get butts and litter picked up and tables and benches wiped on a set route.
A porter assigned to the park moves between buildings through the day, checking restrooms, clearing lobby glass, tidying the café and handling spills. See day porter service for daytime coverage.
Mapping the park before night one
Before the first night, our supervisor and the property manager walk the whole park together. We note each lobby’s floor type, count the restrooms and amenity rooms, and record which tenants work late, which keep alarmed suites and where keys or badges are held. That walk becomes the park’s cleaning plan, with every building and suite listed by night.
The first nights bring a deeper reset of the shared spaces: restroom fixtures and partitions, lobby glass, elevator door tracks and the worn lanes in corridor carpet. Routine service then carries on from that clean baseline. A Highway 50 park can open with one building and add the others one at a time, and parks run by a facility management company can bring us in through our facility management partner process.
One plan and one report for the manager
The property manager gets one plan covering every building and suite, one schedule and a regular inspection report. Supervisors walk the park on a set cycle, record anything that needs attention and confirm it is corrected.
Crews are background-checked, and the owner and management company receive a certificate of insurance. Pricing follows building count and square footage, the number of tenant suites and their frequencies, amenity rooms, porter hours and floor care needs.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can one team clean every building in our park?
Yes. One plan covers the park, and each building and suite keeps its own task list.
Can tenants pay for their own suites?
Yes. Common areas can bill to the owner and each tenant’s suite can be invoiced separately, or everything can go on one invoice.
Do you clean the fitness room and locker rooms?
Yes. Equipment, mirrors, locker rooms and showers in park fitness centers are cleaned on every visit.
How does the property manager track the work?
Supervisors inspect on a set cycle and send the manager a report covering every building, with follow-up items noted and closed.
Can we start in one building and add the others later?
Yes. Service can open in a single building, and each building added later joins the same plan, schedule and inspection report.
