A breakroom that is ready when people walk in

An empty coffee canister first thing in the morning costs more goodwill than it should. Rancho Cordova Janitorial takes the breakroom off your office manager’s to-do list. Our team buys what your people actually use, carries it in on a regular schedule, fills the fridge and shelves, and leaves the counters clean. No store runs on a lunch break, and no cases hauled in from the parking lot.

Restocking is a service in its own right, apart from the cleaning work. Take it alone, or add it to our janitorial service if you like.

Who it suits

It suits offices of every size, from a small professional suite to a full floor of staff. Coworking spaces can keep a shared kitchen ready for members. Clinics and medical offices can count on a stocked staff room through long patient days, and retail shops can keep the fridge and coffee corner in the back filled for employees.

Shift workplaces are a strong fit as well. Plants and distribution buildings with a day and a swing shift need the break area full for both crews, so we pick the restock day and hour with both crews in mind.

Setting up the order

The first conversation is with whoever runs the kitchen today. We go through it item by item: which coffee, which drinks, how many cases of water, which snacks vanish by Wednesday and which ones sit untouched. Food allergies and dietary needs are written down first, so each order carries the gluten-free, dairy-free or low-sugar choices your team asks for.

Your office names a monthly spending cap, and every order fits under it. Requests go onto the following restock. Items nobody eats come off and something new takes their place.

Coffee comes first

Nobody notices the snack shelf the way they notice a missing pot of coffee, so the coffee supply gets a separate count. We track how many pots or cups the office goes through in a week, whether people drink dark roast, decaf or both, and what they add to it. The station is stocked for your busiest day rather than an average one, which keeps Monday mornings calm.

On restock day

  • Fill the fridge with water, sparkling water, juice and soft drinks, rotating older cans to the front.
  • Refill snack shelves and bins with the mix you approved.
  • Load the coffee station with coffee, tea, creamer, sweetener and filters.
  • Replace cups, lids, napkins, paper plates, bowls, plastic utensils and stir sticks.
  • Pull anything past its date, wipe counters, shelves and the fridge, sweep up crumbs and wrappers and empty the kitchen trash.

The crew leaves a full, clean breakroom behind on every visit.

With our cleaning, or on its own

If Rancho Cordova Janitorial also cleans your building, the restock can be scheduled for one of your cleaning nights, so the kitchen gets stocked and cleaned in a single stop. Restroom tissue, towels and soap are handled separately through our janitorial supplies service.

When another company cleans for you, we come in for the restock on whichever days suit your office. Our restock crews are background-checked, and a supervisor walks the kitchen during each quality inspection.

Business park workplaces

A business park can hold anything from a few desks in a single suite to large teams with a kitchen on every floor, and some workplaces run office staff and shift crews side by side. A small suite might need only a weekly top-up, while a busy floor shared by two shifts needs a larger order.

Every order is sized to the headcount, hours and spending cap of that workplace. Cleaning is a separate choice; if you want it, see office cleaning in Rancho Cordova, and for whole parks, business park cleaning.

What goes into the price

Groceries and drinks never go past your cap. Our fee is set by the number of people sharing the kitchen, the length of the order, how many restocks a month you want and how much cleanup each visit includes. A written quote comes before the first restock.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Who decides what goes in the pantry?

Your staff does. We set up the order with the person who runs the kitchen, keep it within your monthly cap and change it whenever requests come in.

What about allergies and special diets?

They are recorded before the first order, and the gluten-free, dairy-free or low-sugar items your team asks for are part of every restock from then on.

We use another cleaning company. Can we still book this?

Yes. Any Rancho Cordova business can sign up for restocking alone. Our cleaning is optional.

Can the break area be full for both a day and a swing shift?

Yes. We set a restock time that works around both shifts, and the order is sized for both crews.
